I’m still in regular contact with Anthony so I can ask his permission for you and be your point of contact for the project. As long as the documentary is non-profit, I’m sure he’ll be happy to let you use the video under the same license as above. I can also ask whether and how he’d like to be credited. Please could you confirm whether or not the documentary is non-profit or not and if not, provide further details of how the documentary will be used and monetized? I can write up additional licensing/fees as necessary if need be. I have messaged Anthony about it and hopefully will hear back from him soon and be able to confirm permissions with you by the time you’ve confirmed the details about the documentary.
Thanks again for getting in touch and I look forward to sorting this soon,
Kind regards,
Nick Standing
