Ok, I’ve got the US-english subtitles and timings for the video ready. It is synchronised with the audio file provided by Jabun (a few posts back).
I’ve posted the script below. You can copy and paste that into your own srt file. A srt file is just a text file with the extension .srt. You should keep all the formatting though.
Best to use a open source tool like Subtitle Edit 3.3.15 (just Google for it) I used to synchronise, edit and translate the subtitles.

Just a quick update from my end (So you know I’ve been doing stuff XD).
I’ve done sound effects and syncing for the first 30 seconds of the animation (the amount that OKC uploaded the other day). I’m waiting for his review on that, then I’ll be posting it up (The video quality isn’t great though since I downloaded the video from YouTube to sync it up, but you should get an idea of what it’ll look/sound like). Just waiting on the next section of animation from OKC then I can make that sound nice too 
I should hopefully have another upload soon maybe tomorrow.

I’ve seen the new part of the video and added it to my audio session ready for adding the next lot of sound effects. Just letting you know, Cybnate, I noticed that the timing of the vocals has been shifted slightly from “to maintain their networks and verify transactions.”. Everything after and including that is about a fifth of a second earlier than it was previously. I don’t think it’ll effect the timing of the subtitles much at all, but I thought I best let you know.

Apologies for the low quality video export. My audio program is good for importing video for syncing/mixing purposes, but pretty nasty when exporting it (I guess they put all the programming to what counts (the audio engine) ;D). What I’ll do for the final audio, is export the sound then send it over to OKC to render with the actual high quality video (It’s what we always do XD). Here’s the audio track as it’s supposed to sound (at the moment for that video above)

It’s roughly mixed, but I’ll compare it to the Bitcoin intro to get a better vocal-soundeffect relative level (might turn the vocals down a bit once I’ve referenced it to the Bitcoin intro). Music is still to come, though I’ll add that all in one go once the sound effects are all there. After that it’s fine tuning the mix then mastering it for the video.

The voice script vs the sound effects, vs the animation all sounds great with one exception. As an audience member, I find myself wanting to ignore / block out the narrator, so I can pay more attention to the pops, fizzes and whistles of the animation. The more the speaker talks, the more I try and deliberately try and drown him out by focusing on the visuals.
I then began to think… Is it the voice-over person’s fault? Generally no…
Then I thought, what would a young, articulate 20+ year old english-accented girl sound like, reading the same script with a cheery smiling voice?
I’m not suggesting we re-record and re-sample the video. All I am suggesting is yes, we consider re-recording and re-sampling the video with a woman’s voice.
Curious how this is all going to play out. Just wanted to give my 2 cents…

I’ll be brutally honest.
This is getting crazy. The time to decide to change the voice would have been BEFORE animating. Plenty of time was given for an approval and discussion. Now the animation is halfway done. Synching animation to voice takes time, energy and effort. Each layer and key frame needs to be considered.
If you are willing to accept more delays and are willing to pay someone separately from the proposed budget to do the voice, then it’s a possibility. I will have to resynch half the animation (not to mention wait however long it takes for your new voice track to be completed), I don’t know how much of a hassle it will be for Jabun. But this will definitely create more headaches for us.
I need honesty and solid leadership here, not insincere wishy-washy approval with costly flip-flopping later on. How can I even be sure that the next decision will be a serious one? If you’re not happy with something, PLEASE make it clear from the start, don’t hide your dissatisfaction and then spring it on me at one of the worst possible times.
Decide what your consensus will be, find your own voice talent, pay them separately, get me the audio and then contact me.
In the mean time, I’ll be working on other projects. This project is stalled, there’s no way I’m going to continue animating to an audio that you don’t really like.
