I know this is a bit late, but have you considered the new AntMiners ? they mine with a 1.6 (standard clocked) gh/s ? Each is worth about 50 bucks, 60 if you buy from amazon/ebay. 
I just bought 5 of them, a hub, and an arctic breeze fan. I’ll post updates on how it all goes
Also - currently using MultiMiner w/ BFGMiner
