V0.7 Hard Fork Date Announcement

Peercoin v0.7 release will be a hard fork planned for January 28th, 2019. This includes two proposed changes which you can read about here:

Running the rc4 binary greatly helps testing and ensures that things go smoothly. You can download the binaries below!

2019 or 2018 ?

2019, I just fixed the year in the OP. It originally said December 2018, but we changed it to January to allow for a longer upgrade period for exchanges. So it is toward the beginning of the new year.
