What public channels are you referring to? We already have places like this forum, Reddit, Telegram and our new Discord chat server. They are all public.
I think it means avoiding PM, email, and private-chat channels
I think it means having an annex written for the Peercoin Whitepaper, which would reflect how Peercoin works actually. And then have a second document, which describes most interesting points in layman’s terms.
As in all that many years nobody has volunteered to do that, maybe somebody(s) should be paid for that.
