Is a danger for Peercoin Quantum Computer?
Have Peercoin any plans for Quantum Computers protections?

Quantum computing is many decades away. We will see many solutions arise all over the community as we get closer. Specifically, Bitcoin will likely implement a solution long before it becomes a problem, and we can simply pull their solution into Peercoin because our code is so similar.

“You don’t actually need a quantum computer to do quantum-safe encryption. As briefly mentioned at 7:04 , there are encryption schemes that can be run on regular computers that can’t be broken by quantum computers.”

Hash algo can be changed if SHA-256 is cracked at some point in the future
That is correct.
Or primechain hashing can be used?
