I had a chance encounter with the Coindesk team, a cryptocurrency news website. They said they receive at least 100+ emails a day, all seeking attention. Many of these are lengthy

They said if the email does not get to the point in the first three lines, they stop reading and go to the next one

So, if we are doing a news announcement on any topic, observe the “first three lines” rule!
