Ppcoin.org Hacked? (I Guess Not)

False alarm, see below…

I visited the link and got redirected to a porn site. I’m also getting this now…

[quote=“Alertness, post:15, topic:578”]This is what I get when I visit the website…

ppcoin.com and ppcoin.info both now link to peercoin.net. Sunny told me he was going to do this. Not sure about ppcoin.org though. That seems to be the only affected link, at least for me.

Now it’s redirecting me to budbi.com

http://ppcoin.org, http://ppcoin.com and http://ppcoin.info link me to http://peercoin.net at the moment.

It redirected me to 208.73.210.90.

Yeah I don’t control those domains, but I got a PM about it yesterday.

This is the domain that sunnyking controls correct?? might want to confirm with him, send PM in here and on bitcointalk see if he aware of the issue.

I would do but i am at work atm and don’t really want to be redirected to porn in sending him screenshots and urls etc.

Fuzzybear

I sent him a PM here.

There were some issues redirecting ppcoin.org. I just change it back to aliasing for now. It may take some time to propagate for the change.

Yeah yeah sunny… we all know that Peercoin is doing well… you can tell us if your other venture, your porn sites… were not getting the traffic you wanted so had a quick redirect put in!!

In all seriousness though if u need a hand with anything just ask :slight_smile:

LOL, it’s not me, probably the registrar is serving some random ad site for extra profit when dns is not configured properly.
