Peercoin Paper Wallets

Hello - I am new to this forum - and have stored on paper wallets some peercoin from several years ago. When I try to download the Peercoin Wallet onto my MacBook Pro I get a green logo with a line through it and the message - The operation can’t be completed because you don’t have permission to access some of the items.

Does anyone know how I can get the value from the Peercoin paper wallets onto my ledger hardware wallet and why can’t I use the Peercoin Wallet on my Mac?

Do you happen to have an android phone?

Try downloading apk file on your android phone. It is working fine for me.
