Hi stuartma, welcome to the forum
We moved the project to peer4commit recently, so now an email address is needed to receive the tip. It doesn’t need to be your personal email, you just need to receive an email from peer4commit which will allow you to sign in and collect your tip. Can you please let me know what email address to use?
Also, I noticed you only have 8 connections. Have you forwarded the 9901 TCP port on your router to your Pi? Once you get 9 or more I can send the tip.
Thanks
Well I’ve got port forwarding setup correctly now and according to GRC SheildsUp port 9901 is open and I can use telnet to test it from a report (out side my house) machine, but after three days of waiting i still only have 8 connections.
Is there anything else I need to do before I can get more connections?
My email address is stuart-peer [at] nx15.me.uk

There is an on-going discussion on the number of connection here. Now I tend to believe the problem is from a combination of Internet Service Provider and the ppcoin-qt (or peerunity) or the bitcoin wallet.
I have finally set up my raspberry pi node!

Congratulations! The tip has been set up on peer4commit and is ready to be collected (the email address was sent to me by PM).
Also, I think you might be the first I’ve seen to have the newer Raspberry Pi model ![]()

Thank you River333!
Yes is a B+ model, I was actually impressed by the great performance of it.
Is such a great idea the Raspberry Pi, and the fact that now with the help of peerchemist’s peerbox we can deploy so easily the full nodes for peercoin is a real step towards real decentralization within reach for everyone!
With peerbox v0.21 I finally get more than 8 connections
Thank you peerchemist and river333 (will PM you the h/w and serial #s)

edit: typo 0.1 -> 0.21
Finally my PPC node! ;D
