Peercoin.net: Consumers AKA Newcomers

Newcomers = perfect

TWH, rename “Newcomer” to “Newcomers” and “Getting Peercoin” to “Getting Started with Peercoin.” Thanks!

EDIT: TWH, the content on this page is ready to be updated.

Requested changes have been included and will be published in Revision v3.5 of the Peercoin.net project.

I think it would be helpful to new comers if the page tells where to get up-to-date liquidity data of exchanges, such as from here http://www.cryptocoincharts.info/#jump-ppc-btc

This info isn’t very easy to find.

I have written to cryptocoincharts.info asking to add Vault of Satoshi.

Rather than a link on liquidity data on the Newcomers page, can we add it to the Exhanges page itself, under the section “Choosing an Exchange”?

Using the Exchanges page for this sounds perfect to me.

The Exchange page was what I meant to put the information. The only link to the exchange page I found was from the Consumer/Newcomer’s page, that is why I put it in this thread. Now I see from the “learn” menu item one can access the exchange, too. So I guess the post should have gone to the main page thread?
A little confusing I might say…

Thanks!

TWH, please move the video placeholder below the four steps. Since it’s a “how to use wallet” video, it should come after the user reads why they want to download the wallet.
