No, but you can use RPC to communicate with the Peercoin RPC server. See this for an example: https://gitlab.com/TokenLabs/coin-rpc-client/blob/master/coinrpc.py
there is pywallet.py but i guess that is not what you’re talking about Peercoin in Python
jackjack has more options (i think it also works with peercoin if you add --otherversion=55)
