I made a commitment to run Peerbox for all of 2018, and I thought you all might like to see the stats on it. The node was up pretty much nonstop, with a total downtime of about 48 hours for the entire year, so pretty much negligible.
About 50-60 connections on average.

Estimated power cost? That’s really cool!
I never really thought about it. This was set-up on a Raspberry Pi 1, and electricity costs me 10 cents per kwh.

Basically nothing. I had the same setup at my old place. Haven’t set it up again though, but will soon after I move.

I figured. The Pi uses next to no power. I don’t even bother turning off the two I have set up as media centers.
