Does the minting incentivise you to not min for say the first x days after you find a block as the chances are so small that you will find a block it effectively zero, eg you only bother to min again once it become above a certain % probability
A single output cannot mint within 30 days of its creation. There is no disincentive to have a running node, but there is little financial incentive if you do not have a 30+ day old output in your wallet.
