What HW error rate are you seeing?
Remember the GH/s shown on the pool is just an estimate based on the number of valid shares over the past hour, three hours, day, etc.
The reported GH/s in the miner is the real hashing rate.
You might find the HW error rate goes down / your pool reported hash rate goes up by adjusting the share difficulty for your miner.
