If you’re going to do this, you may want to invoke the ability to run it as a low priority, so that other, more important work can take cpu time. To do this, use the “start /low” command, built-in to Windows. This will run either the daemon or the qt client as a low-priority process, thus giving the illusion that there’s nothing ‘extra’ running on the system.
