How do you send coins via paper wallet?

I have a few coins on paper. So just a public address and a private key. no seeds.

How can I create a software wallet so that I can send or sell coins?

However, I don’t know how to get coins across from a paper wallet, as I’ve never done it. Perhaps someone else can advise.

When you have made a backup of your seed, you can sweep a paper wallet into your Peercoin Wallet by hitting the three dots up to the right in the app.

but i have only public and private key?

Use a QR code generator and scan it like I explained in the post over.
