Hardfork has happened as we can see on the transaction fees in this block:

quick update on the matter, our good fork is up to block 419516, while old version is already up to 419532.

out of the list of explorers above, https://www.coinexplorer.net/PPC seems to have updated. Coinomi and Ledger should be updated also.
