I’ve been running an open node for some time and currently have 13 active connections. I just ran “getpeerinfo” and see that 8 of 13 peers are reporting “version : 60003”. Am I wrong to conclude that these clients are running the old protocol? Am I supporting a fork? Should I attempt to block/ban these IP addresses? ???

Once they upgrade their clients they’ll sync main chain with you, no worries.
