Frosty is finished and packaged now thanks to @MatthewLM. The package is public and open source under very permissive BSD-3 license.
This package makes FROST Taproot threshold signatures available to Dart/Flutter apps and is used for the Noosphere ROAST implementation which will soon be integrated into the Peercoin Flutter wallet.
