In the future, you should make multiple encrypted backups of your wallet and copy them to several usb drives. I’m sorry for your loss.
You probably already done it, but if not, check your recycle bin.

Not for starters, but may be you can get some outside help from savvy people in this space. There are also professional services, but that is only worth it if you have thousands of PPC in it.
