There is still lot to do but with each commit and problem solved it looks like jumping into btcd was a very good choice.
Mably done PoS part fully so it’s theoretically minting-ready but I wouldn’t expect functional minting wallet in less then month.

I would love to see client implementing peercoin protocol but not using the same codebase fully working. That will be a great boost to the robustness of peercoin system on a funamental level.

Yes this is awesome. Fantastic work. I heard that Monetas are hiring people and have started developing Android apps and what not. If Peercoin is there when OT starts to get traction, we’re at (what I think is) the bleeding edge of the new crypto financial system.
