Broken link to PPC Chinese whitepaper

As more and more Chinese are learning PPC, I try to guide them to the PPC whitepaper but found the following link broken.

http://peercoin.net/assets/papers/peercoin-paper-cn.pdf

I got 404. Could someone fix this?

hmm i looked at the url and code and it might be the live site is out of sync with the github repo.

Needs super3 to have a look, for now you can send them to this url for the download
