Black Arrow - Prosperos Miners. My experience

Hello Miners, just to inform you about a major scam / incompetence, bunch of psychotic monkeys which conduct the Black Arrow firm, manufacturers of the Prosperos X-1, X-3. I bought them through MinerSource.net

The products were announced in september 2013
I bought 10 of them in mid-december as shipping was to be done on 24th of February 2014
In January 2014, they said all was fine, we are on time
Mid-February they announced they were late, and shipping date was scheduled to 1st May 2014 with compensation
Compensation was to be sent with your order
USD refund should have been done in May, but NOTHING !
June, nothing was shipped…
August, nothing was shipped
The firms, both reseller and manufacturer refused to refund clients
Mid-August I got my bunch of miners.
3 of them were having major issues, I had to send back the hashing boards for exchange at my cost
The prosperos X-1 are giving electrical discharges when you touch them and have a contact with the ground (my lines are also grounded)
The prosperos X-3 are also burning !
On Bitcointalk and ecoining forums, Black Arrow removed 100s of pages from clients complaining about them
Not last, neither least, clients were receiving a message when connecting on BAs forum : “Asshole detected !”
If you were telling the truth about the crappy products and services, your products were directly put at the end of the shipping queue (punishment)
All the story has been lies, delays, unethical behaviour from BA and Minersource.
They also pretend th have their customer database to be stolen and the firm which is using it did assure us it was legally bought from BA !

My advice ? Don’t lose your precious PPCs / BTCs / USD to buy these products. Incompetence at every level, and a scam

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing to you as your name and contact details have been passed to Thames Valley Police who are looking into a number of complaints that have been lodged with the National Fraud Intelligence Bureau in the UK in relation to a company called Black Arrow.
I should say at the outset that there are a number of ways this matter could proceed. If it is decided that there appears to be sufficient evidence to warrant a criminal investigation then Thames Valley Police will take the matter forward though ultimately it will fall to the Crown Prosecution Service to determine whether charges should be laid. If Thames Valley Police consider there is insufficient evidence to investigate this as a potential criminal offence or the CPS fail to authorise criminal charges then you may wish to deal with any losses you feel you have suffered through the civil courts. Thames Valley Police will advise you in due course of the outcome of the enquiries it is currently undertaking.

In order for me to consider the matter further I should be grateful if you would let me have a response to the following:

  What was your understanding of the terms and conditions of the product you were purchasing from Black Arrow?

  Do you have a copy of these terms and conditions? If so, please scan and forward these to me.

  In simple terms, how did you intend using the product you purchased from Black Arrow?
