New exchange has started operation, Tidex is close affiliate of WavesPlatform and they are stationed in Russia. This probably means that they will not be bothered with KYC/AML and will be something like Poloniex but with genome of Btce. I believe Peercoin should be listed there, it will also increase our presence in Russia/Ukraine.
So perhaps a set of few friendly emails will make them consider listing Peercoin?
