[li]Release schedule is tentatively fixed as following:[/li]
[li]Release cut and builds for linux and windows: end of February[/li]
[li]Mandatory upgrade window: before April 3rd, ~ 5 weeks[/li]
[li]Upgrade deadline and protocol switch date: April 4th[/li][/ul]
