At btc-e exchange, robots bind PPC’s price with some rate of BTC’s price. btc-e has been harmful to PPC.
Fortunately, BTC38.com exchange has played an important role for PPC’s price now.

I think that we should avoid to trade PPC at btc-e as possible as we can!
