Warning about bter.com

They have suspicious 1000000 NSR withdraw limit per day. I wasn't able to withdraw all my nushares before dividend payout so the exchange stole them. Also, the next day I was only allowed to withdraw 277841.7628 NSR instead of 1 000 000. I don't feel comfortable using that exchange again due to named reasons and I advise you to do the same. Perhaps CCEDK is more trustworthy in that sense?

Their support ticket functionality seems a bit lacking but I sent the following text to support@mail.bter.com:

During the time when I was unable to withdraw all my NuShares due to 1 000
000 daily limit, dividends were paid to the Nu shareholders. The dividends
were paid in peercoins and since you held my NuShares that time you also
got my dividends. I want my dividends for 494198 NuShares I had in
bter.com during the dividend payout. Approximately 0.000028359 peercoins
were paid out as dividends per one nushare. Since you had 494198 of my
nushares you owe me 14 peercoins. Please credit my bter.com account
(XXXXXX) with 14 peercoins. Thank you!

Someone got 1500 peercoins for example. perhaps it was some exchange operator?

This is what I got from the Bter support. Essentially they refuse to give me the dividends.

The dev team did not ask bter to help with the dividend distribution. And you are
expected to send the shares 36 hours earlier before the distribution to your local
wallet.
As to the daily limit you mentioned, it will be reported to our dev to see if it
can be raised.

what do you mean by final situation? they refused to pay me the peercoins that rightfully belong to me. I held the nushares on their exchange during the dividend payout and I was not able to withdraw the nushares prior to the payout due to ridiculous daily withdraw limit.

to tell you the truth, i was expecting something like this to happen since i didn't see any movement to NSR sell wall the period of the dividents' payout :o

Our dev has tried to contact the Nu team actively for the dividends
issue.Unfortunately, we haven't received an answer yet.

We will try our best to help our users as always. We are still waiting for the
reply from the dev team. And we will act accordingly, for the best of our users.
