hello humans ! 8)
i will try to cut a long story short .
i have a problem with transaction . recently i have made an output of my peercoins from " btc - e " , and everything went smoothly cause i have received a transaction within 3 minutes , also it is already confirmed ) . then after few hours i have made an ouptut from my money from " btc - e " again , but i have received nothing ( it is almost 24 hours passed for now ) . i had to contact with support of that site , and they told me that those 2 transactions were successfully sended ( [deleted] && [deleted] ) . but they are not ! in fact , i have received only one transaction ! watch this link : [deleted] . my peercoin address is [deleted] , and when i open the programm , there i can see only 5 succeded operations . if you want screens / movie ( ? ) , i can upload here . but i am wondering how is this possible .
so what should i do further ? i do not want to lose my money !
please i appreciate any kind of help ! :-/
no money is lost, coins can be on several forks, but only one chain is set to be telling the truth.
you are most likely not running the latest version,
the older ones are running on a forked blockchain.
ppc.blockr.io has not updated their software and is thus showing a forked chain.
check for entries on
reddit.com/r/peercoin
glad to see fast responce !
i am using ppcoin qt 4.7.4 ( well actually there is also another info in this programm v0.5.3ppc-beta ) , not peerunity because peerunity is kinda glitched on my windows 7 and has transparent buttons .
thanks , successfull link . i think i understood your mind — you are suggesting me to update . wait , i will try to in few minutes .
sorry for broken english — i do not use google translator .
updated to v0.5.4ppc-beta .
uhm . . . still can not see last ( sixth ) transaction . or should i just wait more time ? ???

since you are on the wrong blockchain, it is perhaps easier to redownload from scratch.
Windows: Before you start your wallet after re-install, go to folder C:\Users<username>\AppData\Roaming\PPCoin and delete all files except ppcoin.conf and wallet.dat. Do NOT delete wallet.dat. This is your wallet containing your private keys. C:\Users<username>\AppData\Roaming\PPCoin is a hidden folder. You can open the folder with Start menu -> Run if you can’t find it.
i have no file named as " ppcoin.conf " , but wallet.dat does exist . erase everything except " wallet.dat " ?
If I were you, I’d use the dumpprivkey command to display your private keys and print them out on paper.
This way, even if you deleted everything by mistake, you could still re-import your private key and never lose access to the coins at your public wallet address.
Do some google searches on how to create a paper wallet with peercoin or bitcoin, it’s very similar in both cases.

nah , i had no ink in my printer for months , so not today . but it ’ s fascinating . going to google about " dumpprivkey " - maybe i really will need that .
okay , but what can you say about erasing everything except " wallet.dat " ? does that second file really matters ? i don ’ t have it and it ’ s not hided in folder .
the most important thing is to backup wallet.dat
the rest can be deleted before a fresh download
instead of printing private keys you can also manage them in a good password manager + backups

i wouldn’t trust a printer with it, disconnect it from the internet and burn it with fire after you are done, or rather use a typewriter,
thanks for all people replied ! finally this case is solved ! i have received my money .
about the printer - if you are seriously , well , thats barbarian methods . how about just forbid access to your priner or applications which working with your printer , with brandmauser ? either way so far i am not going to print things related to my cryptocoins on printer , yet . :
have readed about this . seems like it is a way better to erase your printer ’ s cache
I am having the same issue as this guy.
Hello everyone, I too I have done a transaction from Btce towards my wallet, but nothing has arrived, if I send coins btce does work … why?
Hello and thanks
if I use the wallet ppc on Android works you refresh the blockchain instead the wallet on windows does not synchronize with the blockchain, it freezes to May 6 I’m using 4.5
Hello
i am unsure have you received my reply to your pm or have not - due to not existing of " sended messages " in " my messages " column , - so i repost this here .
first of all , create the reserve copies of your current wallet ( export the keys etc ) , else you will lose your crypto money .
second , try to install the newest version of peercoin wallet . it helped me , and i assume it will help you .
third , wait for your wallet to synchronize with network .
and i am have a small reserve of ppc coins on my android device too , and there is no any problems were occured .
edit : so all you should do is just stay in touch with info about wallet updates .
You guys must upgrade to the latest client:

Peerunity: https://peercoin.net/download-peerunity
