No. 2 is “CGB”, with nearly the count of Bitcoin. This is a fake list.
CGB is a PPC fork (with scrypt algorithm, like Novacoin)
It has a surprisingly high market cap but PPC is far ahead: http://coinmarketcap.com.
Obviously nobody knows if the “likes” are real or not
