This is one of the biggest points for me. Would be interesting to see how longer work hours contribute to the culture of intervention and always having to do “something”. Many times this just results in a waste of time and opportunity cost, but in health care for example it causes a lot of harm.
Like he sais, basic income is the key enabler for this.
I would love such a system, I’d probably work harder than I do now (in less time), but with so much more satisfaction!
