We currently run three chat rooms, Peercoin.chat, Discord and Telegram. https://peercoin.chat/ has served us well over the past three years, however we’ve reached a decision to shut it down and place more focus on community building at our Discord server.
This change will eliminate current operating costs and maintenance for peercoin.chat, saving our Project Lead @peerchemist both time and money. We will be migrating all private team chat communication to our Discord server, which will bring team activities closer and help boost team engagement with the community.
Peercoin.chat will be shutting down on April 30th, 2019. This allows three full months for community members to become aware of the change and save any important information they may have stored on the platform. We will be sending out an email to all registered users notifying them of the shut down. If you have any questions, please feel free to ask them below.
