when I get home I am happy to donate 33 XPM to the cause, a worthy charity and would be nice to see primecoin getting involved, would you think that PPC could / should be donated as well?? I’d be willing to donate 500 PPC to make it worth their while for starters??
You guys are awesome. Thank you so much for thinking about us.
I’ll be honest, I haven’t heard anything about Primecoin yet. Vitalik was the first person to tell me about it.
If someone can help me get a client running I will gladly take Primecoin donation. But you’re going to have to help me here, all I can find is a linux distro

On Linux, it’s simple; just unpack the directory, navigate to primecoin-(whatever)/bin/32 and double click on the primecoin-qt file. I’m not sure about Windows, haven’t used it in years, so sorry that I can’t help too much myself; I imagine it’s a matter of running the setup .exe, and then proceeding just like any other Windows install from there.
For PPC I suppose we can aim for 1000. For XPM, we already hit 100, but I’ll set the next target at 250.
We’ll make a race between the coins: if PPC gets to 900 first then I will donate another 100 PPC and declare victory for PPC, and if XPM gets to 225 first then I will top off the last 25 XPM and declare Primecoin the winner. Both donation pools will go to Sean’s Outpost, of course; just adding a little friendly inter-currency rivalry to spice things up.
