the first is still active but the second not,
and after few looks on the 2nd biggest adresses one transactions i have found that the major part seem to be a gathering of several adresses: https://bitinfocharts.com/peercoin/block/348707/PDWk7V5XbCukTS9tytJ7Ms5mgXbUH3Sxgg
For info, both of the two biggest Peercoin wallets have now dipped below 7% - one is now 6.99%, the other 6.98%.

For some reason, the larger of the two addresses is no longer minting/mining, which it was before.
According to the usual PPC rich list, the top five addresses hold: 6.92%, 6.9%, 2.2%, 2.14%, 1.99%
However, the above website has added a new detail that combines addresses into wallets, and this suggests the top five holders are:
Peercoin Wallet 58072 - 7.5%
Peercoin single address - 6.90%
Peercoin Wallet 21805 - 5.8%
Peercoin Wallet 57733 - 2.2%
Peercoin single address - 2.14%
I don’t know how they link the addresses but, if true, these figures suggest there is a third big coin holder.
