Peercoin Video Directed Toward PoW Miners

Do you think we have time to get chronos to create a video on up coming halving?

• Dynamic of dates and hashrate of BCH, BSV, BCH.
• Miner migration in the last halving*
• PPC help miner to extend lifecycle of their previous gen miner that
  is no longer profitable, learn to stake to compound and migrate towards POS

Peerchemist thought it would be a good idea. This is more of a general video about PoW halvings with Peercoin thrown in near the end. Here is something Peerchemist asked me to share with you…

Topics to cover:

• upcoming PoW market shifts, all bitcoins are getting a halving
• new generation of miners just came up
• where will old hardware get pointed at
• peercoin as viable alternative

Would you be interested in doing something like this? We would of course pay for the video’s creation. He said you could take the lead on writing the script for this one and we would verify it before recording. What do you think?

I’m definitely open to this possibility. A few thoughts:

• As Peercoin is introduced to the video, I would like to name it as the sponsor of the video, just to be above-board.
• Over time, mining PPC is similarly profitable for old hardware as mining BTC. Pools use tools like Peercoin (PPC) Mining Profit Calculator - WhatToMine (https://whattomine.com/) to determine what generates the most profit, and can quickly switch between coins.
• So the halving wouldn’t direct old hardware to PPC, but rather, just (possibly) more hardware overall, which could reduce PPC inflation. This could be the main point of the video.
• What’s your favorite news source for the new generations of miners?

If this is to be financed by Peercoin, perhaps the video should be more forward about making a case for Peercoin mining - perhaps this can be signalled in the video’s introduction - then the main educational part on halving - then why PPC is a viable alternative.
