can it be that the peercoin paper go lost in translation (meaning the move of the domain)? peercoin.net links to http://www.ppcoin.org/static/ppcoin-paper.pdf which is neither available nor redirected.
I really would like to give the link to the paper to people. But I don’t know where to find it… 
The only “workaround” I can think of is using http://web.archive.org/web/20131022083840/http://ppcoin.org/static/ppcoin-paper.pdf until peercoin.net is adjusted…
