Peercoin.net: Investors

I cannot find a thread on the Investors webpage, so am creating this one (apologies if I am duplicating)

Regarding “Limited Supply”

Peercoin’s annual inflation rate has averaged below 5% during the year 2014, and continues to fall. See peerchain.net for detailed historic data.

I am wondering if we can give a sense of progress by inserting the 2013 inflation rate, thus:

“Peercoin’s annual inflation rate was 8% in 2013, averaged below 5% during 2014, and continues to fall. See peerchain.net for detailed historic data”.

I got the 8% figure off reddit, and do not know whether it is accurate

Here’s the “Investors” thread. It is hard to find, because it also acts as the Why Peercoin page. http://www.peercointalk.org/index.php?topic=3242.0

Inflation data is available at http://peerchain.net/charts.html. The rate ended near 8% on Dec 31, 2013, but it peaked at over 100% during the year, and the average was relatively high. I think including this data would probably not improve the content of this page, because it’s not a consistent 8%. Good thinking, though!
