All details will be revealed on 23rd, but check out David’s post here earlier today regarding distribution of Nubits to answer at least one of your questions. I suspect there are more hints to come in days to launch.

Yes, as far as I’m aware NuBits will be the first customized implementation of Peershares.

Would Nubits introduce a dedicated currency (nubit) to reward the nodes for stabilizing the market(s)?
In that case, what would be the role of peercoin?
Jordan said that much of the rewards would be delivered via peercoins…which implies that a portion of the rewards would be delivered via another currency…
If this is true, we can speculate that there will be some sort of fixed exchange rate between peercoin and nubit in that case…
Just speculation though.
