Newbie question: no coins after 2 hours of mining. Checklist?

Hi!
Today i started mining Primecoins.

I installed a wallet too (it is still syncing, status 20000/56000). On this wallet I crated an address to recieve Primecoins.

I followed a tutorial and even if i am mining i still see no results.

Let me tell what i did:

  1. i made an account (MyAccount) into ypool.net and created a worker named MyAccount.XPM_1 with MyPassword as password
  2. I downloaded XP Miner (a Gui to run jhPrimeminer). In XPMiner i set
    Pool http://ypool.net_10034
    Worker USer yAccount.XPM_1
    Worker Pass: MyPassword
  3. I left other options default (OS: 64 bits. CPU FEatures:None, # cores: 8 )
  4. i checekd from time to time on ypool.net but i always have shares at 0, but my jhPrimeminer is still running
  5. to avoid burning my CPU i then restarted jhPrimeminer by using 4 cores only

What to check? Is it normal not to have any XPM in balance yet?

I mean: i am not 100% sure that evrything is setup correctly since after 2 hours of mining i was expecting to see some data into the ypool.net dashboard.
Could you suggest me a checklist to go through? Or am i checking in the wrong place?

UPDATE:
After checking this post: http://www.reddit.com/r/primecoin/comments/1rjqkc/new_to_primecoin_can_someone_tell_me_what_im/ i tried to update jhPrimeminer and got last version from http://azbowling.com/jhPrimeminer-T18v3.zip.
After this I overwrote the 64 bit folder of xPMiner and now from xpminer the new jhPrimeminer is used, i get this:

Final comment:
after goign back to ypool.net website I can see my worker is connected since 4 minutes (since I had to restart hPrimeminer after upgrading it and i see this:
Total share value/h (estimated): 0.0000

Does this mean I am mining for nothing?
