Just putting it out there, primes/sec is not really an accurate metric of miner performance…
chains/day is much more interesting, as 4000primes/sec+ can actually yield a very low XPM per day. It’s easy to change sieveextension and sievepercentage values to give you more primes/sec but your earnings will go through the floor…
About 0.085 chains per day. I’m guessing though it might be a little better if I was not running it on Windows and was not mining other coin on the gpu. Without GPU I manage to get somewhere around 0.087-0.088.

EDIT: I’m solomining with hp11.
What solo mine setup do you use(config file and hp11 settings?)
I could never figure it out.

I didn’t change anything. I tried adjusting the settings but it didn’t really do anything for me. I think I’ve had some improvements by lowering sievesize from 1000000 to 800000 but then it was almost nothing so I didn’t really know for sure if it was just slightly better by chance.
I’d advice you to play around and change the sieve extensions, sieve percentage and sievesize setting to see how much more chains/day you could get, but I guess they are already good enough already for most people on default.
dodsonske, are you using beeeeer? What’s the average XPM daily return you get?
Thanks for your contributions :)
No, as I said, I’m solomining. I haven’t had any return yet and this may take a while before I actually receive my first block. I think I’m gonna look into mining pools when I receive my first block, but that may still take a month or so with the uptime I’m using right now…
3770k or 3570k? there’s no way you are getting a new 3770k for $199, that’s the price of 3570k, and 3570k will vastly underperform both 3770k and 4770k by at least 20% if not more.
