Today I want to update to v0.6 from v0.5. My os is OSX.
I follow the step on https://medium.com/peercoin/peercoin-v0-6-release-2831fb4394ad but I can not find dir from ~/.peercoin or any other place.
I already backup my wallet using “file”->“backup wallet(B)” get the dat file. Is that save for my account?
So what should I do next.

It a good idea to save your backup wallet.dat on USB for safe keeping. If your wallet isn’t automatically carried over when you upgrade to v0.6.1 you should be able to use the steps above to locate and overwrite the wallet.dat file with your backup.
