I’m seeing some transactions in recent blocks that are very, very small. Examples:
These both start with 0.04006 PPC, and spend 0.01 PPC as a fee! That’s a 25% fee. They seem to come from the same entity, since they are identical, yet they’re not combined into a single transaction. Any ideas on the purpose behind transactions like this?

Could be that somebody is just testing their software, like some software that will run on top of ppc and will implement smart contracts, stocks, stuff like that
