As previously announced here, the board members of Stichting Peercoin Foundation in the Netherlands were working on shutting down the foundation. Unfortunately, difficulties encountered have prevented the foundation from being dissolved.
As a result, it will formally continue to exist, but it has effectively ceased operation in 2025. All board members except one person have resigned. Below you can find a complete set of financial reports and transaction lists for each year of operation. Thank you for your support over the years.

Annual financial reports are required by law in the Netherlands. All of the reports below were produced by an accountant hired by the Peercoin Foundation.
