Yes it is somehow. I’d say the difficulty is already to high and to see several coins XPM roling into your wallet daily you’d need maybe 40-50 and more fast CPUs mining 24/7.

Is it the best I could obtain from my CPU ? This is my question. If the difficulty is that hard, maybe I could try another crypto ? I have 3 GPU coming soon (r9 290x) and I was just trying to get use to mining while waiting

pause

to the .bat file and re-run it to see if you get some useful information from the miner’s output

Thank you for the quick response xolokram. I added pause at the end of the string in my edit file. It still does the same. I double click the miner… it flashes a black CMD screen and closes in an instant.

Try starting it from the command promt, and not from the bat file.

You’re running it on windows, but you’re using the command for linux.

I am using the x64 version. I have winblows 7 64 bit on an AMD FX 4100. I copy and pasted what you said and the box still did the same thing.
I am able to use the other Jminer just fine. Im not totally sure if it is mining. I turn it on the screen stays and it shows clearing blocks. Im just a bit scared to leave it running my Cores @100% since this is my only machine.

I appreciate your feedback

that’s a 7-chain share (‘smallest’ possible share), worth about 0.0014 XPM
payout is executed at 3.01 XPM automatically, it takes some time

Questions:

What is the reason for such behavior? The cause lies rather on my end, pool’s end, or maybe it’s due to isp scratching his network for example?
Are all these prime chains “lost”? Is xolominer simply dumping them when connection problem arises or storing and sending later (even if they turn out to be a stale or rejected).

And third, connected with CPPSRB behavior: for example, in last 24-h primeminer run I found three 9-CH and get paid for one. So, I guess even somebody like me mining with just single computer in a week or two could have few XPM shelved in the sharelog. Theoretically I could stop mining, and when the pool will start eating the sharelog (instead of feeding it) I would get paid. BUT, share values would be not from now, but from then, as I understand?
