[ANN] beeeeer.org - PPS Primecoin pool! ------- DEAD

smarty pants :wink:

Has anyone checked if there is a significant difference in chains per day between Ubuntu and Debian?

hi,
i’m sorry for the (very) late reply. i’m currently working on the detailed user stats (sharelog/sharehistory) as much as i can. <- fyi

yes, a proper FAQ (on the homepage) is a good idea :slight_smile:

and i’ll work on the miner (incl. AVX, expect up to 500% performance increase*) when everything is in good shape on the webfrontend.

uhm, anything else? i was ill the last two days, lurking and terrorizing the irc a little bit, nothing more.

thanks for all the kind words.

  • xolokram
  • = UP TO!!! just dont expect anything :smiley:

First let the miner mine faster :), all other things can wait (even payouts) :stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye:

I cannot connecto to any server… are they down?

@whiteshadow

I connected with primeminer before and everything seems to work fine.

Why not up to … 400%, 215% … 66%?

lol

Really though, you think AVX would help much?

Xolokram why haven’t you responded to my PM about doing a datacoin pool :’( I mean I understand if you are busy but I still would like a response. Also I would be fine with waiting till you got your web stuff in order but datacoin really needs a pool I mean it has been way too much solo mining so now it is really only benefiting botnets and vpn’s though with a pool more people could get involved and more people could become aware of the potential datacoin has.

@xolo:I would join to theprofieth. What is your opinion about datacoin?

@theprofieth: I think the datacoin is still not works stable. I tried to install the datacoin-qt 4 days ago but it still can not join to the DTC network. I DTC need to wait some weeks

Umm I think you just need more nodes I have had it in sync since it came out and even started a new wallet on a new computer and it synced fine once I added nodes.
try these

addnode=162.243.111.155 addnode=198.199.96.245 addnode=208.43.73.214 addnode=212.117.60.220 addnode=76.74.177.224 addnode=192.241.144.87 addnode=108.161.145.50 addnode=192.210.134.58

I m getting the following output. Do I do something wrong?

I cannot connect. is that correct?? as output i m getting the following

@whiteshadow:
thanks for double posting…
use a primecoin address, not a protoshares address!

@ZorPrime:
the “up to 500%” statement is a hommage to another pool, i actually dont expect any noticable performance boost from avx on xpm

@Datacoin:
i have some concerns about the legality of the data stored (and thus shared by the pool (or its network nodes))

Greeting :slight_smile:

i am new to Crypto Mining and Primecoin is my first trying mining Crypto.
and Beeeer.org is my first mining pool :slight_smile:

started 3 days ago of mining but a few noob question here.

i have a primecoin walled installed and i tried copied the wallet address in my cloud droplet.
it is working but when checking the stat
http://xpm.syware.de/?a=AamzxmqHRTEB2Hz5VFdvY4j19XiqmPYMpT
Invalid address AamzxmqHRTEB2Hz5VFdvY4j19XiqmPYMpT <-------------showing as invalid address

i created another Btc-E a/c and it is working
http://xpm.syware.de/?a=AM6jGZ5n42htZwBWdX2R7fvqqiDyuhrSZT

may i know if the wallet XPM is not working??

beside after 3 days of mining i got this.

08.12.2013 0.0813 0.0039 XPM/h
07.12.2013 0.0758 0.0032 XPM/h
06.12.2013 0.072 0.003 XPM/h
05.12.2013 0.2015 0.0084 XPM/h

about 0.4XPM now .
i saw it is will be paid when reach 0.2 XPM but some said will be paid at 3 XPM.
just wondering which is the correct payout value?

waiting for the answer and hope to be part of the Primecoin family! :smiley:

but the http://xpm.syware.de/?a=AamzxmqHRTEB2Hz5VFdvY4j19XiqmPYMpT still showing invalid after all.

thats make me doubt if i should continue on this.

i think you’re mixing up the protoshares pool (payout at 0.2 PTS) with the primecoin pool (payout at 3.0 XPM).

your “Sy’s stats”-URL shows me some stats btw

hi Xolo.

just notice :slight_smile: thanks for the update.
i think i do confused the payout of protoshare too! :smiley:

ya the sy’s stat start working and i just got some stat :slight_smile:

thank you very much!

anyone can send me 0.0001 or 0.00001 XPM(just as the minimum) for checking if my XPM wallet working? :smiley:
i never get use to this digital waller…

    First off the max file size per block is 1MB so it would be hard to put much into the blockchain that would be very illegal and easy to prove plus there is a very high fee for putting data into the blockchain, fee is 0.05 DTC per 1Kb of data, so it would take 50 coins to put something with the size of 1MB into the blockchain. Furthermore why not just support it for now and then if any problems are found just end support for the pool.

Xolominer- I would like to compile with different march flags on my AMD 8350- haven’t had much luck so far- any hints where to start? bdver1 looks pretty interesting.

I am using Debian Wheezy.

Thanks!

Any chance on getting an option to check if miners are connected?

I switched over to Ypool because i am able to check if my miners are connected but would really like to switch back not having that ability is the only thing stopping me.

When ever i see a dip in stats i always have to go back and check 20+ miners manually and its very time consuming.
