I would recommend we also email the writer of the article to educate him on Peercoin. Include lots of details and links to Sunny’s interviews. This will help in the future when these same people write more articles about cryptocurrency. Just please don’t be rude because he didn’t list Peercoin, educate him.

A) There’s a “New Topic” button at the top of the listing that allows you to create a new thread.
B) You can buy PPC on exchanges. Here’s a list: http://www.peercointalk.org/index.php?topic=127.0
The easiest is probably creating an account with Cryptsy or BTC-e… buy PPC using BTC then you can transfer the PPC to your wallet.
